Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:00pm
Reduce your stress while toning and stretching with yoga instructor Nancy Shallenberger. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing, and bring a yoga mat. Cost is $4.00 per class. No registration is required. Masks will be required and social distancing spacing will be enforced.
Tai Chi at the Library
Tuesdays from 6:00 to 7:00pm
Come learn the art of tai chi with instructor Hong Ji. Hong Ji has over 20 years experience teaching traditional Chinese tai chi in China and the United States. Tai chi helps manage stress, emotional anxieties, and physical conditions. This class will be for beginners and will provide a brief summary of the art of tai chi and its benefits. Cost is $4.00 per class. No registration is required. Masks will be required and social distancing spacing will be enforced.
