Space for Teens!
We've converted the old activity room into a Maker Space where teens 13+ can hang out, play games, try out new technology, do DIY projects and more.  Need a computer? Bring your laptop and use our free Wi-Fi, or check out a laptop at the front desk. 

Perler Bead Art 
Ages 13-18
Thursday, February 1 3:00-6:30

Come to the Maker Space anytime between 3:00 and 6:30 for a fun, casual craft. Fuse colored beads together to make awesome designs.  Use one of our patterns or create your own.

Valentine Crafternoon
All Ages
Thursday, February 8 12:00-6:30

Join us in the Activity Room for a fun afternoon of creating Valentine themed cards, crafts, and more. Come anytime between 12:00 and 6:00.

Fiction Addiction
Grades 9-12
January 30 and February 27

Join us during homeroom from 2:16 to 3:04 once a month in the high school library to discuss what you're reading, watching, and writing, do simple DIY projects, and get advanced reader copies of books before they're released. Don't attend the high school, but want to come? Sign in at the front desk, and then come up to the library. 

Battle of the Books
Grades 7-8

Are you competitive? Do you like to read? Form a team with your friends, read this year's Battle of the Books titles, enjoy monthly book-related activities during lunch, and compete for glory and gift certificates in a book-related trivia battle against other teams. Battle of the Books is open to students in Mrs. McKinty and Mrs. Maher's English classes.
