Teens Activities

Space for Teens!
We've converted the old activity room into a Maker Space where teens 13+ can hang out, play games, try out new technology, do DIY projects and more.  Need a computer? Bring your laptop and use our free Wi-Fi, or check out a laptop at the front desk.

Fiction Addiction
Grades 9-12
Thursday, May 16
Join us during homeroom from 12:50-1:38 in the high school library to discuss what you're reading, watching, and writing.  Do simple DIY projects and get advanced reader copies of books before they're released.  Don't attend the high school, but want to come? Sign in at the front desk, and then come up to the library.

Battle of the Books
Grades 7-8

Are you competitive? Do you like to read? Form a team with your friends, read this year's Battle of the Books titles, enjoy monthly book-related activities during lunch, and compete for glory and gift cards in a book-related trivia battle against other teams. Battle of the Books is open to students in Mrs. McKinty and Mrs. Maher's English classes. Find a list of this year's titles here.
