Prints & Copies

Black and white and color printing, as well as scan-to-print copies, can be made using the library’s copy machine.

• Black and white prints cost .20¢ per page
• Color prints cost .30¢ per page

Posters and banners can be printed using the library’s poster printer.

• Prints up to and including 24in x 36in cost $12 per print
• Prints larger than 24in x 36in cost $12 + .50¢ per additional inch

Scans

Scan and send documents to an email address for free.

Faxing

Domestic faxing is available at the Circulation Desk. 

• To send a fax costs a $1.00 flat fee. 
• To receive a fax costs ¢20 per page. The library’s fax number is 309-446-9357.

Laminating

Lamination services are provided at the Circulation Desk.  

• Card size costs ¢50 per pouch.
• Letter size (8.5 x 11) costs $1.00 per pouch.
• Legal size (11 x 17) costs $1.50 per pouch.

Notary

We provide notary service to the community for a minimal fee. Please call 309-446-9575 in advance to confirm the availability of a notary public.

Patrons requesting notary service must provide the following at time of notary appointment:

• The completed, unsigned document(s) to be notarized.
• A valid, unexpired state, federal, or other government ID with signature and photo.
• All persons required to sign the document(s).
• Any witnesses, if required by the document(s). Witnesses may not be solicited from staff or patrons using the Library.

VHS to Digital

Have home movies you would like converted from VHS tape to DVD or put on a USB flash drive? Bring them to the library and use our VHS to Digital Service

• Conversion to DVD costs $1.00 per DVD.
• Conversion to USB flash drive costs $5 per USB.

UPS Drop Box

A UPS Drop Box is available on the east side (Galena Avenue) of the library. The UPS drop box will take packages with dimensions up to 16” x 13” x 3”.
