Request a Donation

While the Library will not make any type of monetary donation to community entities and organizations, it will consider donations in other ways, such as baskets containing like-new donated items, reading incentives, etc.
Organizations that are located within the Library’s service area are welcome to make donation requests once per year. Requests should be submitted in writing to the Director at least three weeks before the scheduled event. The Director will review and respond to all requests. The Director reserves the right to deny a request if there are no items available to donate.
Requests can be sent to Katie Hahn at director@brimfieldlibrary.org.
