In addition to Yoga at the Library on Monday evenings from 6:00-7:00pm, we are now offering Tai Chi at the Library with certified instructor, Hong Ji on Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:00pm. Tai chi is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes to Tai Chi class. Fees are $4.00 per class or punch cards can be purchased at Brimifled Library patron services desk for $20.00. Come join us for yoga or tai chi and gain flexibility, strength, balance, and stress relief!
