Call to Order-                                                                                                                

Jon Davis called the regular meeting of the Brimfield Public Library Board of Trustees to order.

Roll Call-                                                                                                                              

Jon Davis took Roll Call with the following members present:  Dave Smith, Holly More, Shirley Sollenberger, John Barnewolt, Pam Fabish, and director Patti Smith.  Pam Harrison was absent.

Special Order-

Dave Smith made motion to approve Levy Ordinance #10-04.  Shirley Sollenberger seconded; motion carried.                                                                             

Secretary’s Report-

Holly More made a motion to approve minutes from the August meeting.  Dave Smith seconded; motion carried.

August Financial Report:  Pam Fabish made a motion to approve the August Financial Report.  Dave Smith seconded; motion carried.  

September Bills:  Shirley Sollenberger made a motion to approve the September Bills.  Holly More seconded; motion carried.

Director’s Report-                                                                                                          

Patti Smith presented the Director’s  Report.
