Jon Davis called the regular meeting of the Brimfield Public Library Board of Trustees to order with the following members present: Dave Smith, Pam Fabish, Holly More, John Barnewolt, and director Patti Smith. Pam Harrison and Shirley Sollenberger were absent.
Secretary’s Report- January minutes were tabled until next meeting.
Treasurer’s Report- January Financial Report: Holly More made a motion to approve January Financial Report. Dave Smith seconded; motion carried. February Bills: Dave Smith made a motion to approve the February Bills. John Barnewolt seconded; motion carried.
Director’s Report- Approved as presented.
Old Business-
New Business- Discussed the Illinois Freedom of Information Act Policy. Pam Fabish made a motion to approve the Illinois Freedom of Information Act Policy. Holly More seconded; motion carried.
Next meeting- March 1, 2010. Holly More made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Pam Fabish seconded; motion carried.
