Call to Order-

 Jon Davis called the regular meeting of the Brimfield Public Library Board of Trustees to order.

Roll Call-                                                                                                                               

Jon Davis took Roll Call with the following members present:  Dave Smith, Holly More, Shirley Sollenberger, John Barnewolt, and director Patti Smith.  Pam Harrison and Pam Fabish were absent.

Special Order-

Jon Davis opened the Budget & Appropriation Hearing.

Secretary’s Report-                                                                                                           

After discussion, a revision was made to wording used in the Secretary’s Report of the July 12, 2010 minutes regarding limiting use of the community room to the library.   Holly More made a motion to approve the July Secretary’s Report as revised.  Dave Smith seconded; motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report-                                                                                                    

July Financial Report:  Holly More made a motion to approve the July Financial Report.  Dave Smith seconded; motion carried.  

August Bills:  John Barnewolt made a motion to approve the August Bills.  Dave Smith seconded; motion carried.

Director’s Report-                                                                                                            

Holly More made a motion to approve the Director’s Report.  Jon Davis seconded; motion carried.

Unfinished Business-                                                                                                                    

New Business-                                                                                                            

Discussed the Budget & Appropriation Ordinance #10-03; no district residents were present. Holly More made a motion to close the Budget & Appropriation Hearing.  Jon Davis seconded; motion carried.  Holly More made a motion to approve the Budget & Appropriation Ordinance #10-03.  Shirley Sollenberger seconded; motion carried.

Adjournment- 

Dave Smith made motion to adjourn.  Holly More seconded; motion carried.
