Jon Davis called the regular meeting of the Brimfield Public Library Board of Trustees to order.Roll Call-
Jon Davis took Roll Call with the following members present: Pam Fabish, Dave Smith, Holly More, Shirley Sollenberger, John Barnewolt, and director Patti Smith. Pam Harrison was absent.Special Order-
Secretary’s Report-
Holly More made a motion to approve minutes from the September meeting. John Barnewolt seconded; motion carried.Treasurer’s Report-
September Financial Report: Pam Fabish made a motion to approve the September Financial Report. Shirley Sollenberger seconded; motion carried.
October Bills: Pam Fabish made a motion to approve the October Bills. Holly More seconded; motion carried.
Director’s Report-
Dave Smith made a motion to approve the Director’s Report. Pam Fabish seconded; motion carried.Unfinished Business-
New Business-
The board discussed floor covering options and contractors’ written proposals pertaining to the activity room.
