Call to Order-                                                                                                                      Jon Davis called the regular meeting of the Brimfield Public Library Board of Trustees to order.

Roll Call-                                                                                                                               Jon Davis took Roll Call with the following members present:   Holly More, Dave Smith, John Barnewolt, and Director Patti Smith. 

Public Comment- 

Special Order-

Secretary’s Report-                                                                                                           Holly More made a motion to approve minutes from the June meeting.  Dave Smith seconded; motion carried. 

Treasurer’s Report-                                                                                                    

June Financial Report:  Dave Smith made a motion to approve the June Financial Report.  Holly More seconded; motion carried.  

July Bills:  Holly More made a motion to approve the July Bills.  Dave Smith seconded; motion carried.

Director’s Report-   Patti Smith presented the director’s report.                                                                                                           

Unfinished Business-     Board discussed security camera proposals and installation quotes.  John Barnewolt made a motion to approve the proposal submitted by Getz Security.  Dave Smith seconded; motion carried.                                                                                                           

New Business-   Board discussed and agreed upon replacing the monthly agenda hard copy notification with E-mail notification.  

Adjournment- 

Dave Smith made a motion to adjourn.  Holly More seconded; motion carried.
