Call to Order-                                                                                                                     

Jon Davis called the regular meeting of the Brimfield Public Library Board of Trustees to order.

Roll Call-                                                                                                                               

Jon Davis took Roll Call with the following members present:  Pam Fabish, Holly More, Dave Smith, John Barnewolt, Shirley Sollenberger, and director Patti Smith. 

Public Comment-  

Special Order-

Secretary’s Report-                                                                                                           

Pam Fabish made a motion to approve minutes from the March meeting.  Holly More seconded; motion carried. 

Treasurer’s Report-                                                                                                    

March Financial Report:  Shirley Sollenberger made a motion to approve the March Financial Report.  John Barnewolt seconded; motion carried.  

April Bills:  Holly More made a motion to ratify the April Bills.  Dave Smith seconded; motion carried.

May Bills:  Shirley Sollenberger made a motion to approve the May Bills.  Dave Smith seconded; motion carried.

Director’s Report-   Patti Smith presented the director’s report.                                                                                                           

Unfinished Business-                                                                                                                    

New Business-   Board discussed the Illinois Non-resident Library Card Program.  Holly More made a motion to approve.  Shirley Sollenberger seconded; motion carried.

Adjournment- 

Holly More made a motion to adjourn.  Dave Smith seconded; motion carried.
