Call to Order-                                                                                                                      Jon Davis called the regular meeting of the Brimfield Public Library Board of Trustees to order.

Roll Call-                                                                                                                               Jon Davis took Roll Call with the following members present:  Pam Fabish, Dave Smith, Holly More, John Barnewolt, and director Patti Smith.  Pam Harrison and Shirley Sollenberger were absent.

Special Order-

Secretary’s Report-                                                                                                           Holly More made a motion to approve minutes from the October meeting.  John Barnewolt seconded; motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report-                                                                                                    

October Financial Report:  Dave Smith made a motion to approve the October Financial Report.  Holly More seconded; motion carried.  

November Bills:  Pam Fabish made a motion to approve the November Bills.  John Barnewolt seconded; motion carried.

Director’s Report-

New Business-                                                                                                           

The board discussed the replacement of the old and leaking water heater.
