With the absence of President Jon Davis, Holly More called the regular meeting of the Brimfield Public Library Board of Trustees to order. Those present were John Barnewolt, Pam Fabish, Pam Harrison, and director Patti Smith.  In addition to Jon Davis, Shirley Sollenberger and Dave Smith were absent.

Secretary's Report:

            Pam Fabish made a motion to approve the May 2010 Secretary's Report.  John Barnewolt seconded;

            motion carried.

Treasurer's Report:

            Pam Harrison made motion to approve the May Financial Report.  Pam Fabish seconded; motion

            carried.

            Pam Fabish made a motion to approve the June bills;  John Barnewolt seconded.  Motion carried.

Director's Report: 

            Pam Fabish made a motion to continue the 4.9% budget increase; Pam Harrison seconded.  Motion

            carried.

            John Barnewolt made a motion to  increase staff wages as recommended in the Director's Report and

             to decrease Director Patti Smith's time off for vacation to 4 weeks as discussed by the board.  Pam

             Harrison seconded; motion carried.

Unfinished Business:

New Business:

            Pam Fabish made a motion to approve Prevailing Wage Ordinance #10-01.  John Barnewolt seconded;

            motion carried.

            Pam Fabish made a motion to approve Meeting Dates Ordinance #10-02 as corrected.  Pam Harrison

            seconded; motion carried.
