With the absence of Jon Davis, Holly More called the regular meeting of the Brimfield Public Library Board of Trustees to order with the following members present:  John Barnewolt, Pam Fabish, Dave Smith, Pam Harrison, and Director Patti Smith.  Along with Jon Davis, Shirley Sollenberger was absent.

Secretary's Report:

          Dave Smith made a motion to approve the June minutes;

Pam Fabish seconded;  Motion carried.

          Treasurer's Report:

          John Barnewolt made a motion to approve the June Financial Report; 

Dave Smith seconded; motion carried.

          Dave Smith made a motion to approve the July bills; John Barnewolt seconded;  Motion carried.

Director's Report:

          Pam Fabish made a motion to replace the drop box in Kickapoo; Pam Harrison seconded; motion carried.

Dave Smith made a motion to limit use of the community room to Brimfield Public Library at this time; John Barnewolt seconded; motion carried.
