Call to Order-                                                                                                                      Jon Davis called the regular meeting of the Brimfield Public Library Board of Trustees to order.

Roll Call-                                                                                                                               Jon Davis took Roll Call with the following members present:  Pam Fabish, Shirley Sollenberger, Holly More, John Barnewolt, and director Patti Smith.  Pam Harrison and Dave Smith were absent.

Special Order-

Secretary’s Report-                                                                                                           Holly More made a motion to approve minutes from the November meeting.  John Barnewolt seconded; motion carried.  No meeting was held in December, 2010.

Treasurer’s Report-                                                                                                    

November Financial Report:  Pam Fabish made a motion to approve the November Financial Report.  Holly More seconded; motion carried.  

December Bills:  Pam Fabish made a motion to approve the December Bills.  Shirley Sollenberger seconded; motion carried.

January Bills:  John Barnewolt made a motion to approve the January Bills.  Holly More seconded; motion carried.

Director’s Report-   Patti Smith presented the director’s report.
