Jon Davis called the regular meeting of the Brimfield Public Library Board of Trustees to order with the following members present:  Dave Smith, Pam Fabish, Pam Harrison, and Director Patti Smith.  Holly More, Shirley Sollenberger, and John Barnewolt were absent.

Secretary's Report:

            Pam Fabish made a motion to approve the December Secretary's Report; Dave

            Smith seconded.  Motion carried.

Treasurer's Report:

            Dave Smith made a motion to approve the December Financial Report.  Pam

            Fabish seconded; motion carried.

            Pam Harrison made a motion to approve the January bills.  Dave Smith

            seconded; motion carried.

Director's Report:  Approved as presented.

            Dave Smith made a motion to appoint director Patti Smith as FOIA.  Pam

            Fabish seconded; motion carried.
