Jon Davis called the regular meeting of the Brimfield Public Library Board of Trustees to order with the following members present:  John Barnewolt, Dave Smith, Shirley Sollenberger, Holly More, Pam Fabish, Pam Harrison, and Director Patti Smith.

Secretary's Report:

            Dave Smith made a motion to approve the March 2010 Report.  John

            Barnewolt seconded; motion carried.

Treasurer's Report:

            John Barnewolt made a motion to approved the March Financial Report, Dave          Smith seconded; motion carried.

            Holly More made a motion to approve the April bills, Shirley Sollenberger       seconded; motion carried.

Director's Report:  Approved as presented.

Unfinished Business:

New Business:

            Holly More made a motion to participate in the Non-Resident Card Program; Pam    Fabish seconded.  Motion carried.

            Shirley Sollenberger made a motion to approve the Internet Policy addressing

            the Computer and Internet User Agreement.  Dave Smith seconded; motion

            carried.

Holly More made a motion to adjourn;  Shirley Sollenberger seconded.  Motion carried.
